Regarding the Michael Jackson trial, please read: http://MJredemption.com and/or http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/021505mjgrandjury.html and/or http://kingofpop.me.uk/ and/or www.thejusticesystem.net and/or http://mjjsource.com - especially the section written by John Karrys - as these are the main sites that are actually revealing
some truth i.e. the contradictions, inconsistencies - the downright LIES of the accusers and the sheer absurdity
of the whole case [see the well rehearsed testimonies on the smoking gun site.] Please also take a
look at http://edition.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/31/spilbor.jackson/index.html?sectic Truth is an unknown entity in the gutter press. There is a conspiracy to bring down the biggest superstar
and humanitarian that the world has ever known. We need to really get the facts out to the brainwashed lumpenproletariat. It
is high time that we, collectively, raised a real stink about this, because if we, the people, allow MJ to be convicted
and jailed, then we are every bit a part of the conspiracy - the conspiracy of apathy and silence. If we allow this
malicious/absurd prosecution to continue, what kind of civilised people are we? Who will be the next person to suffer
such injustice? If such a blatant public lynching is allowed to continue in the USA - the so-called
land of the free - if justice is not seen to be done to the celebrity, then what hope is there for us 'ordinary' folk? This
is not just about bringing a celebrity down or racism or money or a vindictive Sneddon... MJ is a threat to the ruling elite
because he is one of the few big names who is genuinely trying to heal the world. That doesn't sit well with the
global conspirators - they murdered the other one we had who was actually making a difference - Princess Diana.
Michael Jackson should never have been indicted - Judge Melville should've thrown the case out long ago. Not to
mention the fact that the 'evidence' is so laughable [see the transcripts on the smoking gun site], MJ has faced
relentless negative 'reporting' by the Media sewer to the extent that he cannot possibly have a fair trial. Only recently
in a programme entitled 'Michael Jackson's Boys' it was stated that he'd been investigated by the authorities for child abuse.
BUT they forgot to mention that the allegations were reported to be UNFOUNDED. Why is MJ's side gagged, yet the likes
of 'news' analyst Jim Thomas [a very close friend and colleague of Sneddon's] is allowed to speak freely?
Then there are the many irregularities and improprieties of the MJ case [which have been evident in many other cases too
to the extent that Sneddon and his criminal associates have been sued numerous times for:- prosecutorial misconduct, false
arrest, malicious prosection, civil rights violations, illegal search and seizure, discrimination, abusive and defamatory
behaviour, perjury, tampering with evidence....] The public need to know that there is a culture of corruption among
Santa Barbara law enforcement [no different than anywhere else.] There are vindictive prosecutions on a routine basis. The
Los Angeles PD and the Dept of children and Family services concluded that complaints of molestation were unfounded,
as did the Santa Barbara children's services and the Santa Barbara law enforcement. Sneddon and his mafia gang need
investigating.
I wonder if his own lawyers are in on the plan. You can't trust any lawyer. Most of them have their snouts
in the same stinking trough. It is a real shame that he didn't fight his case back in 1993, instead of paying money
out to make it go away. I'd say his lawyers at that time talked him into his own downfall. MJ was getting to be
too successful, wealthy, influential and powerful. A genuine, decent lawyer would've encouraged him to fight for his
good name in court because anyone knows that by paying up, the allegations were never going to go away and there would always
be the suspicion that he was guilty; also he would never be able to take legal action against his accusers and expose and
punish them for the disgusting scheming liars that they are. They plotted to turn the public against him. [Notice that
the same media sewer 'reporters' that spread the filth and the lies back in 1993 have resurfaced. Diane Dimond
has just signed a contract to cover the trial.... says it all.] His lawyers knew he had that fragile side to him such
that they could easily persuade him to go along with their plan, which they knew would be highly damaging to him. His
1993 lawyers set him up for another beating.
The recent news that Melville it to allow a 'child molestation expert' to testify just shows that the
conspirators are determined to nail MJ. Most so-called 'experts' have their sucking straws in the same spitoon.
Look what happened in the high profile cases of alleged child killers Sally Clark, Angela Cannings... they were imprisoned
on the testimonials of 'expert' professor 'Sir' Roy Meadows. Thankfully they were released on appeal and Meadows thoroughly
discredited. Of course he hasn't been punished for sending innocent mothers to prison; the coward won't even talk
to journalists, he just runs from them as fast as his little legs will carry him. He is though being investigated by
the [thoroughly corrupt] General Medical Council, the SAME GMC who ALLOWED Dr death Shipman to murder 200+ patients....
The Michael Jackson case is is one of the biggest trials in modern history. MJ's powerful enemies are probably
shocked and worried about the fact that despite the intolerable stress on him he has been bearing up so well. They probably
hoped they could've persuaded him by now that he might as well roll over and die. They didn't reckon on the ability
of Michael's supporters [and not just his fans, but other groups such as human rights workers and court watchers...] to see
beyond the facade and the fact that this very high profile case might be just the thing that uncovers and exposes the
putrid whiff of corruption in the courts.
When MJ is vindicated, may God bless him in his retaliatory lawsuits against his lying accusers and that lying evil man
Sneddon and his cohorts.

Carnegie Hall SpeechOn February 14, 2001 Michael Jackson's initiative 'Heal the Kids'
presented a 'Valentine's Day Extravaganza' at Carnegie Hall, New York City, USA, featuring an all-star panel of celebrities
and experts who discussed:
Love, Work, And Parenting: Can You Be A Success In The Bedroom, The Boardroom, And The Family Room?
Michael welcomed the participants and the audience with the following words:
"I would like to welcome you to Carnegie Hall, the world's most famous concert hall to hear an entirely
different kind of music, a loftier melody. It's a more eternal song.
There are two kinds of music. One comes from the strings of a guitar, the other from the strings of the heart. One sound
comes from a chamber orchestra, the other from the beating of the heart's chamber. One comes from an instrument of graphite
and wood, the other from an organ of flesh and blood. This loftier music I speak of tonight is more pleasing than the notes
of the most gifted composers, more moving than a marching band, more harmonious than a thousand voices joined in hymn and
more powerful than all the world's percussive instruments combined. That sweet sound of love.
Just a generation ago, it was this sound that could be heard in every turn in every town. It was the sound of love that
echoed in the living room when a father giggled with his son or a mother tickled a small infant child. It was the sound of
love that echoed from children's literary classics as the parents read children dreamy tales before they went to bed. And
it was the sound of love that reverberated in their dinner conversations. Between parents and children, not just once a year
over turkey and stuffing but everyday for peace and prosper.
Sadly, that sound has become a lost melody, a forgotten refrain, an empty tune and all we have in its place today is a
dark and terrible noise. Instead of dinner conversations, there is the noise of video games. Instead of homework there is
the din of the evening news. And instead of regular conversations between parents and children about drugs and violence, there
is the deafening sound of silence.
Who among us would have believed that the sound of children at their playgrounds would be replaced by the sound of automatic
machine-gun fire at our schools? That the sound of little girls skipping rope would be overshadowed by the frantic squeals
of children dodging bullets? Yet, instead of loving our children more, we install metal detectors in our schools.
Are we blind to the fact that our children are raging against the indifference, crying out against the abandonment or thundering
against the neglect?
'Heal The Kids' is about doing something, about making a difference and trying to help adults and parents realize that
it's in our power to change the world that our children live in. As a wise man once said, "If not us, then who; if not now,
when?"
My friends, with two children of my own, I know what it means to have to balance the demand of family and career -- let's
not even talk about finding a date for myself, even though Rabbi Shmuley keeps telling me he's going to find me the perfect
woman. My response is, "As long as it's not a journalist."
But learning how to strike this very necessary balance is what this special evening is all about. In three weeks time,
at Oxford University I will be delivering an address with strong implications for dealing with the parent-child relationship
and it's an address that is certain to surprise you. Until then, I want to thank you all for coming out, showing your love.
And I want to offer a couple of special thank-yous. I'm overjoyed that we have 100 New York City teachers with us. I want
to thank Steven Shaunfeld, he's a wonderful, wonderful man. Everything he does for 'Heal the Kids' is just incredible.
Together we can make a change for the better; together we can heal the world and make it a better place. God bless you
all, I love you all."
CLOSING:
"I love you too! (In response to the fans' screaming)
I want to thank you for participating. I truly hope that the thoughts expressed tonight will inspire all of us to love
our children with all our hearts and souls. I would now like to take a moment to express my thanks to our participants. God
Bless you all and I hope to see you at Oxford."
