It did, & they didn’t!

You are invited to /join the small group /a concert /a protest meeting (suggestions welcome) in support of World War II veteran Norman Scarth, victim of the worst abuse of power EVER by Lawyer Blair’s regime – while the supposed ‘opposition’, along with Human Rights organisations such as Amnesty International, Liberty, Justice, MPs, News Media & others, ALL turn their backs – as did Cherie Booth/Blair’s Matrix Chambers on being asked to act for him!

NORMAN SCARTH was lucky to survive when his brave young shipmates were maimed, dead & dying around him in WWII.  He served on the notorious Arctic Russian Convoys, fighting Hitler's Bombers, U-Boats & the battle-cruiser Scharnhorst.

Proud to have ‘done his bit’ in the fight to keep Hitler’s Gestapo from our shores, after the war he worked hard as a small farmer, horse breeder & ‘horse whisperer’ until the age of 70.  Though still proud to be British, his pride had been diminishing as murderous attacks on the old & the vulnerable increased.  Unheard of at one time, they are now a national disgrace.  He was greatly concerned at the LACK of concern by regular politicians.  They wring their hands, say “Isn’t it awful”, but do nothing.  Disturbed by their lack of interest, he stood for Parliament himself at the 1997 General Election, that being the main point in his Manifesto. 

By this time he had become aware of another rapidly increasing crime, ‘Fraud in the legal system’ - about which there is total silence! (See footnote [1]).  That was the second point in Norman’s manifesto. 

His book, ‘CAUSE FOR CONCERN’ dealt with the same subjects.

Few would argue with the first, but the second one earned him powerful enemies.

As part of his campaign against such fraud, he went to the European Court of Human Rights with his own civil case (33745/96), & was successful there – without a lawyer.  Small though the case was, it brought a much-needed change in British law, incorporated into the 1998 Human Rights Act (confirmed by letter dated 1/9/98 from Geoffrey Hoon MP, then Lord Chancellor Irvine’s spokesman in the Commons).   

Could such a man have suddenly become a vicious & violent criminal in his old age?

Unlikely, yet that is the label he now carries.

There was a ‘trial’:  Witnesses, evidence & press reporting were banned.  For a first ‘offence’ at the age of 75 (then) Norman Scarth received a sentence of 10 years – not free till he is 85!

(Prisons are NOT ‘Holiday Camps’ as the gullible public are constantly told by politicians  & the media. 

His chances of surviving physical brutality & mental torture  till 85 are slim.)

The sentence alone SHOULD have set alarm bells ringing, but ALL our lawyer controlled ‘watchdogs’ were deliberately deaf! 

Whatever about his guilt or innocence, does a man with his record deserve to die in prison? 

That will be his fate if you turn YOUR back.

Hitler was a very popular leader.  SO IS (was) BLAIR.

Hitler, Stalin, Idi Amin, Sadaam Hussein et al each headed a Police State.

Each of them silenced their opponents - one way or another!

So does Lawyer Blair, but his regime hides behind a nauseating pretence of 'Democracy',

concern for 'Human Rights' & the 'Rule of Law'.

Britain loudly denounces violations of human rights abroad, but is very clever at covering up those at home - though Home Secretary David Blunkett did let the cat out of the bag

two days after Remembrance Day 2001. 

Still wearing a poppy, he declared on TV, "We will get rid of 'airy-fairy' Human Rights".  Only the gullible believe we still have them.  Only the gullible believe we have the 'Rule of Law'.  Instead, we have the 'Rule of Law-yers.  They are the new ‘Master Race’, have seized absolute power, & will destroy anyone they see as a threat to that power. 

Politicians compete in denouncing crime, but in reality are pleased.  Like Hitler, they use it as an excuse to build more prisons, & put more people in them.  They use the fear of terrorism for the same purpose.

The fraudsters exposed by Norman Scarth are determined he will never get out of prison alive! 

If it can happen to him, it can happen to you.  WAKE UP BRITAIN!

Why are ALL our watchdogs - Amnesty International, Justice, Liberty, the news media & 100s of MPs so silent, when they ALL know the truth?  Tony Benn (my opponent at the 1997 General Election) is currently parading all over the country, promoting himself as the conscience of the Labour Party.  He, above all, knows the truth.  Is his silence the price he pays for the rapid promotion of his son Hilary to Cabinet Office - or does he hate me for reminding him of his wicked words of 1984? [2]

Letters would give me a glimmer of hope, but please do not offer sympathy.  I am proud that Fate has decided that I should follow in the footsteps of Mahatma Gandhi, the Suffragettes, Solzhenitsyn, Sakherov, Brodsky, Pastor Martin Neimuller, Deitrich Bonhoffer, Nelson Mandela, Steve Biko, Ken Sara Wiwa, Martin Luther King, Mohammed Ali, Fred Hill & so many others, some who survived, many who did not.                   

I will be proud to die in prison -

BUT IT WILL BE TO THE ETERNAL SHAME OF THE BRITISH PEOPLE

IF THEY ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN!
